The 2025 Permian Power Connection Conference is almost here!
Registrations are 550+ right now, as you can see in the app. However, there is still time to encourage your clients, contacts, and top vendors to participate. Let’s make this the best conference of 2025!
If you are attending, we want you to have a great conference, so here are some quick tips:
- Weather. The forecast is great for you to enjoy our outdoor exhibits, where 16 companies are showcasing equipment and we’ll have food trucks, grills, games, bars, picnic tables, and an espresso trailer! Currently the outlook on Monday and Tuesday is partly cloudy with no rain and low wind for the area. Temperature is expected to range from low-60s to low-80s. Perfect!
- Dress Code. Attire at our past events has been business professional (meaning suits but no tie for the men), but we do have an outdoor exhibit area full of equipment to walk and view (plus axe throwing, putting greens, corn hole, some grilling outdoors, food trucks, etc.). And as you probably know, conferences in West Texas can lean a bit more to the casual side (sport coat over jeans and boots for men is common). We want you to be comfortable walking the arena, so we’ll leave the dress code to your discretion. Most of the speakers will wear sport coats or suit jackets over slacks or nice jeans.
- Silent Auction. Get a tax deduction and some great additional exposure by donating to the Silent Auction benefiting the Bettering Human Lives Foundation! Check it out here.
- Talk to senior leadership and find out how much your company is willing to bid to win some of the fantastic auction items that have value to your business like Lunch with Ron Gusek, or Nick Dell’Osso, or Mike Howard. How about a round of golf with Alan Armstrong? and more!
- Download the conference app. If you are registered, you should have received an email from our conference app platform with how to get access. The app includes the attendee list, matchmaking features, scheduling meetings, customizing your personal conference agenda, speaker bios, notifications, schedule, sponsors and much more – it’s a valuable benefit of your registration, so make sure and get it on your phone before you head to the event. If you cannot find the email invite to the app, ping our team for help.
- Agenda Overview. Unless you are arriving early to set up an exhibit booth or outside equipment, the conference kicks off at 11am on Monday, September 29th. Most of our content will be on the breakout stages in the Exhibit Hall and some of those sessions overlap with other sessions and with lunch, so you will want to review the agenda closely and pick those sessions you want to attend. Lunch on the 29th & 30th and breakfast on the 30th will be available in the Exhibit Hall, food trucks (outdoors) and from some of our sponsors who will be grilling in the outdoor exhibit space. We wrap up on Monday and Tuesday at 6pm, leaving you free for client dinners and informal networking on your own.
