Will Donnan is a VP of Infrastructure at Pennybacker and is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, execution, and management of investment opportunities within energy, power, and infrastructure. Will currently sits on the board of Baseline Energy Services, a leading energy-as-a-service provider to the energy industry, deploying best-in-class mobile power solutions to its customer base. Prior to joining Pennybacker, Will served in various roles at ARM Energy (an energy infrastructure and marketing firm) as well as ArcLight Capital (an infrastructure investment firm focused on energy and power). Will earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting as well as a B.A. in Spanish from Trinity University and an MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.
