Lauren Postler

Director of Strategic Growth
Space Force Association

Following in the footsteps of a family dedicated to military and spiritual service, Lauren strives to apply the principles of servant leadership in all her endeavors.

With almost 20 years of experience in strategic planning, change management, capacity building and collaborations for nonprofit organizations nad Fortune 500 businesses alike, she brings a wealth of knowledge, a dynamic skill set and a passion to her work with mission-driven organizations.

She has dedicated herself to work with numerous Veteran and Military Service Organizations and is proud to serve as a Veteran Leadership Scholar for the George W. Bush Presidential Institute and as an Ambassador for the Institute for Veteran & Military Families, in honor of her family’s long-standing history of service to our country.

Her previous involvement in fundraising with leaders in the oil and gas industry and background as a social worker has lent itself to both a “grass-roots” and “big picture” approach helping organizations build their brands and raise capital to fuel their cause. She believes applying those skills to help build the infrastructure necessary for sustainability and growth of the Space Force Association is one of the best ways she can be of service and help protect our national security. About the opportunity to join the organization, Lauren shared:

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to help strengthen the backbone of a public, private, and academic coalition necessary for the newest branch of our Armed Services to Succeed. I feel incredibly privileged to be asked to serve and be a part of this tremendous effort to advance our allied space superiority and support our Guardians.”
