Kevin Yung is the Chief Engineer and Development Officer at Priority Power, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He leads all phases of the company’s rapidly expanding infrastructure development practice, overseeing projects that range from high-voltage transmission, substations, and medium-voltage distribution to micro-grids with both temporary and prime generation.
Kevin’s expertise spans every stage of project execution—from early development (financial modeling, interconnection feasibility, technology reviews, budget forecasting) to late-stage development (detailed engineering design, contract negotiations, utility interconnections, procurement) and through to construction and commissioning (permitting, scheduling, delivery, inspection, and startup).
In addition to infrastructure, Kevin also supports clients with commodity price risk strategies, price structuring, and market analysis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
