Kevin Autsolief assumed the position of director, commercial development for Chevron New Energies’ Power Solutions in 2025. Previously, he was manager, strategy integration, responsible for alignment of Chevron New Energies’ strategy with Chevron’s traditional oil, products, and gas businesses. These efforts led to the creation of the power solutions business line within Chevron New Energies to respond to the growing demand from data centers for reliable, large scale power generation.

Previously he has held roles in engineering, operations, project management, and construction supporting Chevron’s Power, Shale & Tight, Heavy Oil, and LNG businesses across Angola, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, and the United States. Prior to Chevron, Kevin started his career with Bechtel developing major capital projects in the power, LNG, and refining industries.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and two children.
