Frank Koller is Vice President of Power Development for Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, which allows him to embrace the challenge of managing low carbon power projects and procurement for the broader parent, as well as focusing on power for the new industrial businesses of direct air capture and carbon sequestration.  His focus is on optimizing value to the overall business, which involves inclusion in several internal working groups covering various aspects of asset integration, from water to load management and portfolio strategy. Frank has covered all areas of the energy project life cycle during his career, working in equity deployment, trading, origination and risk management but with a focus on power generation projects.  He began his career with Duke Energy International and was with Macquarie Bank for over 15 years.
