Operating at the intersection of commerce and community, Jonna has a deep understanding of the Permian Basin and the energy that fuels it. As the former co-creator of the Permian Basin Water In Energy conference, Jonna understands the importance of delivering a conference that not only provides insight, but that also spotlights the topics at hand in a way that is meaningful and provides its attendees not just actionable opportunities but also the contacts to continue improving, growing and scaling powering the Permian. In her spare time, Jonna recently helped form The Stelter Initiative, a 501c3 that provides the opportunities and means for the community to take action to create a clean and waste-free Permian Basin. In just over one year in operation, with once a month cleanups, over 230,000 pounds of debris and over 1,000 oilfield tires have been properly disposed of by The Stelter Initiative.
